Rongai Constituency is one of the constituencies in Nakuru County and Rongai Sub-County which has 17 locations and 35 Sub Locations. Rongai Constituency has five administrative units which correspond to its political units. The five political units (wards) are: Mosop, Soin, Menengai West, Solai and Visoi.

According to the 2019 Census Report, Rongai Constituency has a population of 199,906 with a distribution of 99,976 Male, 99,922 Female and 8 Intersex. The total number of registered voters as per IEBC report (2017) were approximately 60,692.
